Christmas tree arrives at U.S. Capitol

A 67-foot-tall Engelmann spruce arrived Monday on the West Lawn of the Capitol, after a long ride on a flatbed truck from the forests of Wyoming. The 83-year-old giant is the first from that state to grace the Capitol during the holidays.
