New libraries make architectural mark on District neighborhoods

Tenley-Friendship, the District's fourth new library in two years, isn't perfect, but it's an eye-catching improvement to its strip of Wisconsin Avenue. The collective impact of the new libraries is one of the best things to happen to the District, architecturally, in decades.
