MetroWest
Pulte Homes is negotiating with Metro for 3.2 acres near the Vienna Metro station on which to build three residential and office buildings as part of the MetroWest project. The project would include Metro's land and 53 additional acres. Rep. Thomas M. Davis III recently said he would intervene in the sale of the Metro's portion of the land to prevent the current proposal.
