Wilson Bridge Lanes

When the new Woodrow Wilson Bridge is completed in 2008, two of its 12 lanes will not be in use. Maryland and Virginia will need to come to an agreement on how the lanes — designed for mass transit or high occupancy vehicles — should be used.
