Inside the Arena
The layout of the hospital on the floor of the Pete Maravich Assembly Center at Louisiana State University has changed seven times since Tuesday, Aug. 30, adjusting to the needs of the patients arriving. An isolation ward was added yesterday Now the layout is aimed at treating communicable diseases and skin infections. The staff will follow cleaning procedure of an emergency room to decontaminate the arena once the facility is shut down.
