Public viewing FOR Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist continues today from 10 a.m. to noon. The 80-year-old Rehnquist, who died of thyroid cancer Saturday, will be buried at Arlington National Cememtery after a funeral service this afternoon at St. Matthews Cathedral in Northwest Washington. The following streets will be closed from 12:30 to 4 p.m.
