In the past seven months, Martin O'Malley's ticket outraised Robert L. Ehrlich Jr.'s in Prince George's and Montgomery counties. O'Malley also raised nearly one-third of his money from out-of-state donors. Ehrlich, however, holds a slight advantage in the battleground of Baltimore County and outpaces O'Malley in swing counties Anne Arundel and Howard.
