The Deadliest IEDs

Explosively formed penetrators, or EFPs, are among the deadliest of the roadside bombs in Iraq, although not the most common. EFPs have been around in the Middle East for at least a decade. The Bush administration has accused Iran of providing the technology to Shiite insurgents in Iraq.
