Passing Around a Secret Video

The private SITE Intelligence Group secretly intercepted an Osama bin Laden video from an al-Qaeda Web site and shared it with the Bush administration on the condition that it not be distributed. But shortly after SITE sent the Bush administration a link to the video, around 10 a.m. on Sept. 7, dozens of government-registered computers began downloading it from the SITE server.
