Based on analysis of satellite imagery, the Institute for Science and International Security suspects it has located the site of a Syrian reactor near the Euphrates River that was the target of an Israeli air raid on Sept. 6. The images - taken a month before the Israeli strike - showed a tall building similar in dimensions to a reactor in Yongbyon, North Korea.
