Alternative Holiday Routes -- South and West

Holiday travel used to be easy: over the hills and through the woods to Grandma's house. Now it's more like onto the interstate and into a 200-mile long traffic jam. Not exactly the best way to start and finish a holiday vacation. We don't pretend to have secret routes around the backups, but Dr. Gridlock and his legions of helpers have a couple options that may be worth trying. All routes work in reverse.
