Poplar Point, in the Future

The mayor's office heard presentations yesterday from four developers, finalists from among seven submissions solicited on how the District should reshape Poplar Point. Criteria used to evaluate proposals included a firm's qualifications, vision, community benefits and financial and developmental feasibility. All plans commingle residential, retail and office units, with residential areas closest to the river.
