Shorter Oscars! Every other year comes the promise of a tighter schedule, and every year we sail past 11 o'clock (Eastern time), wondering what takes the show so long? So we mapped it out our way (Hollywood storyboard style, with index cards) leaving time for Jon Stewart shenanigans and montage-ness, and guess what?
