Magna Entertainment, the owner of Laurel Park racetrack, has expressed concerns about the way the legislature defined a potential slots site in Anne Arundel County. Establishments within two miles of Route 295 could bid for a license, which means Laurel Park would be eligible but not guaranteed to become a slots venue.
