Hilltop License Debate

In 2004, Maryland State Police revoked the automotive inspection license of Hilltop Fleet Services, citing what it said were the station's fraudulent business practices. The station enlisted the aid of state Sen. Nathaniel Exum (D-Prince George's) to press for a new license.
