Cut Off by the ICC

Nine of the 20 houses in Cashell Estates have been bought by the state of Maryland and will be torn down to build the ICC. Mike Vechery's house will be isolated as a result. Once the road is built, it will wrap around his house and require a longer drive to get out of the neighborhood.
