The National Memorial Day Parade begins at 2 p.m. Monday, and ends about 4:30 p.m. Most streets along the route will be closed from about 1:15 p.m. until the parade's conclusion. Parking restrictions will be in effect from about 6 a.m. until 5 p.m.
