Immigration Enforcement at the Workplace

The Bush administration since 2006 has increasingly used criminal charges to combat illegal hiring, after initially paying little attention to employment of illegal immigrants. Still, most arrests involve workers; only 2 percent of arrests involve company supervisors or hiring managers.
