Battle of the Bumps

Commuters who want to avoid increased traffic are taking shortcuts through neighborhoods. But area communities are fighting back. Kings Park, in Fairfax County, for example, has installed humps, bumps and traffic circles to stop drivers from seeking a shortcut from Rolling Road to Braddock Road.
