A chart with the continuation of an article, comparing President Obama's proposed cuts with the entire federal budget, was out of proportion.

President Obama's budget includes plans to trim or eliminate 121 programs for a savings of $17 billion - a small amount compared with the total budget. Still, Obama will face resistance on Capitol Hill from supporters of the programs.
