Help From Uncle Sam

Under all three bills before Congress, the federal government would subsidize some Americans' cost of buying health insurance. The subsidies would allow mainly the self-employed and small-business workers, who are less likely than most corporate and federal workers to be insured, to buy coverage through a new insurance market called an exchange.
