Afghanistan's Central Bank has purged the senior management of Kabul Bank, the country's largest private financial institution. It wants to untangle a web of illegal loans and recover real estate purchased in Dubai with bank money, including lavish villas bought for Afghans connected to President Hamid Karzai.
