District Mayor Vincent C. Gray has called for an investigation into allegations that aides to his campaign paid mayoral candidate Sulaimon Brown last summer to continue attacks on incumbent Adrian M. Fenty in exchange for a city job if Gray won. Gray, campaign chairman Lorraine Green and campaign consultant Howard Brooks have denied the allegations.
