After cooking an egg with one hand tied behind their backs, the competitors on "Top Chef Masters" (Bravo at 10) must impress guests including Neil Patrick Harris.
Bob Newhart is on "Late Night With Conan O'Brien" (NBC at 11:35) along with comedian Al Madrigal.
"Late Show With David Letterman" (CBS at 11:35) hosts actresses Queen Latifah and Emma Watson.
