ABOUT THIS SERIES |  Maryland's Intercounty Connector will link Interstate 270 in Gaithersburg to Interstate 95 in Laurel. The highway is currently under construction and is scheduled to open in segments between 2011 and 2012, with Contract A opening February 23, 2011.
