Army Reserve Lt. Col. Juanita Warman worked as a physician's assistant at a Veterans Administration facility in Baltimore and volunteered with a program set up by the Maryland National Guard to help reserve soldiers returning from Iraq, Afghanistan.

Authorities do not know what two men were fighting about in front of Mattawoman Seafood Restaurant, but they say one drew a gun and fired several rounds. Officials say the gunfire wounded the "intended target" as well as a person inside a car with his back to the shooter.
