Marines to target Taliban stronghold
Shortly after President Obama outlines his Afghanistan war combat plan on Tuesday, as many as 9,000 Marines will begin final preparations to deploy and renew an assult on a Taliban bastion. The move would double the size of the U.S. force in the southern province of Helmand.
