A federal appeals court ruling that a Christian university in Colorado can receive state scholarship money is the latest in a string of legal victories for religious schools across the country seeking public dollars.


Police Seek Members of Texas Polygamist Sect

Five indicted members of the sect are wanted in a child sex-abuse case that the group's spokesman alleges is a face-saving move by officials who lost a court battle over their seizure of hundreds of children from a sect-owned ranch.
