Trial Moved to 2009

The trial of four men accused of killing former Washington Redskins star Sean Taylor has been delayed until March of next year.


Plea Deal Reached

Venjah Hunte is handed a 29-year sentence after pleading guilty to his role in the killing of Sean Taylor, and agrees to testify against the other suspects as part of the deal.


Fifth Suspect Charged

Prosecutors in Miami say they have charged Timothy Brown, 16, with first-degree murder in connection with the killing of Sean Taylor.

No Death Penalty

The four men who are charged with the murder of Sean Taylor will not face the death penalty, with prosecutors seeking life in prison without parole.
