The advent of the holidays has caused the following to occur:
A California man ordered not to associate with members of his street gang may have figured out how to get around the judge's edict: flash gang signs while posing for a picture with Santa at an Orange County mall.
Uriel Oliva, 18, faces 18 months in jail if convicted of violating the judge's order when he and two others posed with Santa, who appears unfazed in the photo, police said.
