President Obama wants Americans to have the same health-care choices he had as a member of Congress. Frankly, that's a lot of options. Had he remained Sen. Obama, he would've had 23 medical plans to choose from. Plans vary in all sorts of ways, from the upfront costs to the types of conditions they cover.
