Nuclear security summit

Streets will close 10 p.m. Sunday and open about 8 p.m. Tuesday. Access to the security zone around the Walter E. Washington Convention Center will be restricted. People entering the area will be required to show identification and will be subject to inspection. All travel will be extremely difficult and will take more time.
