Marina Khodorkovskaya discusses the potential closing of the Podmoskovny Lyceum, a state-of-the-art private boarding school for orphans, located in the suburbs of Moscow. The school's founder is her son, former Yukos oil tycoon Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who is serving an eight-year prison sentence for fraud and tax evasion.

The Russian prosecutor's office, which is now targeting Khodorkovsky's philanthropic projects, has frozen the school's assets. Khodorkovskaya, who is one of the school's directors, fears the government is aiming to shut the school down.
