Tai Shan Turns One First in line to celebrate Tai Shan's first birthday on Sunday was Sharlene Hirsch of Washington, DC, who has followed the cub's every move on the Zoo's Web site. She and hundreds of other visitors watched as Tai and his mother enjoyed his birthday presents: a wading pool and a giant frozen fruitcicle.
