Former Political Prisoner Seeks Change in Cuba

Ernesto Diaz Rodriguez has devoted his life to fighting against Fidel Castro and his communist government. A member of the anti-Castro group Alpha 66, Diaz was captured in Cuba while trying to overthrow Castro. He spent 22 years in Cuban prison and was subjected to beatings and solitary confinement. As the secretary of Alpha 66 in Miami, Diaz says he and other Cuban exiles in his group plan to continue fighting for change in Cuba.
