Increased Security Slows Travel at Dulles

In response to this morning's discovery of a new terror plot involving international flights, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) immediately put into place new security restrictions on passengers' carry-on baggage. Gels, creams and liquids of all sorts have been prohibited from carry-on baggage and have slowed the security lines at Dulles International Airport.
