Locals React to Waterfront Development Plan

Local residents react to the selection of a team of developers for the Southwest waterfront area. The team's lead developers, PN Hoffman and Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, plan to construct a residential and commercial area that will emphasize the location's waterfront scenery. Construction of the new development is expected to begin in 2009.
