In an effort to find solutions to the problem of murder and youth violence, D.C. Superior Court Judge Zoe Bush presided over a grand jury hearing sponsored by the Peaceoholics where prosecutors and defense attorney debated whether Cain was justified in killing his brother Abel in the Old Testament.
