Backstage at the Caucus Results Center

Carrie Giddins with the Iowa Democratic Party and Mary Tiffany with the Republican Party of Iowa take you on a behind-the-scenes tour of the Polk County Convention Complex in downtown Des Moines. The complex will be the center of attention Thursday night as results from both parties will be displayed on a large screen for the nation and world to see. The two political parties have joined forces to present a common event in an attempt to keep the focus on Iowa at the start of this election campaign. Video by Chet Rhodes/washingtonpost.com
