Washington mourns Fort Hood victims

House lawmakers paused for a moment of silence for those who were killed in a shooting rampage at the Fort Hood Army Base in Texas. A military mental health doctor opened fire at the base killing as many as a dozen people and wounding 31 others. (The Associated Press)
