Kagan refuses to count her 'chickens'

Pressured by Sen. Arlen Specter (D-PA) to say whether she would vote to hear a case for which she is currently representing the government as solicitor general, Kagan replies that she refuses to count her chickens before they have hatched. Specter insists he is one of those chickens. (via AP)

Few GOP senators are expected to back Kagan
