Sept. 29 (Bloomberg) -- Clay Lowery, a former assistant Treasury secretary who is now a managing director of the Glover Park Group in Washington, talks about China's yuan policy. China currency legislation will pass the U.S. House today with bipartisan support, the measure's sponsors said after a committee approved the bill for consideration.
