Rice Says Groupon Made `Mistake' Rejecting Google's Bid

Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) - Bob Rice, managing partner at Tangent Capital Partners LLC, talks about Groupon Inc.'s decision to reject a takeover offer by Google Inc. Groupon, the Chicago-based provider of online coupons, spurned an offer of as much as $6 billion that included performance incentives, a person familiar with the matter said last week.
