Sharga Says Decline in Home Foreclosures Won't Continue

Dec. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Rick Sharga, senior vice president at RealtyTrac, discusses U.S. home foreclosures. A total of 262,339 properties received default or auction notices or were seized in November, down 21 percent from October and 14 percent from a year earlier, RealtyTrac said in a report today.
