Rowe Says Texas Faces `Enormous,' Long-Term Pension Woes

Jan. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Frederick "Shad" Rowe, chairman of Greenbrier Partners Fund and former chairman of the Texas Pension Review Board, discusses the outlook for the state's budget deficit and its public pension system. Texas state Comptroller Susan Combs said earlier this week that the state faces a $4.3 billion deficit that must be closed by the end of August. Rowe talks with Betty Liu on Bloomberg Television's "In the Loop." (Source: Bloomberg) (Bloomberg)
