Obama honors James Taylor, Harper Lee

President Obama presented the National Medal of Arts to James Taylor, Quincy Jones and others at the White House Wednesday. Author Harper Lee and actress Meryl Streep were not in attendance, but were also awarded the Medal of Arts by Obama. (March 2) (CBS News)
