Rahm Emanuel vowed to give $5,000 to charity if the person behind a fake Twitter handle impersonating the Chicago mayor came forward. Turns out the tweets were sent out by a Columbia College journalism professor and Emanuel's keeping good on his promise. (March 3) (CBS News)
