Alexandria Elementary Schools

MONDAY

Breakfast: Pancakes with syrup, yogurt and graham crackers or cereal and graham crackers. Fruit juice.

Lunch: Chicken nuggets with biscuit, grilled cheese sandwich or peanut butter and jelly snack. Chef's salad with cheese or Oriental chicken salad. Mashed potatoes, peaches, pineapple or garden salad.

TUESDAY

Breakfast: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, yogurt and graham crackers or cereal and graham crackers. Fruit or fruit juice.

Lunch: School-made tuna salad sandwich, Italian-style hoagie sandwich, reduced-fat Doritos or peanut butter and jelly snack. Chef's salad with cheese or chef's salad with tuna. Lettuce, tomato and pickle, carrot and celery sticks with dip or Granny Smith apple slices with caramel dip.

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast: French toast sticks with syrup, yogurt and graham crackers or cereal and graham crackers. Fruit juice.

Lunch: Meatball sub on hot dog roll, chicken fillet sandwich, peanut butter and jelly snack or yogurt snack. Chef's salad with cheese or chicken Caesar salad. Cooked sliced carrots, banana, lettuce and sliced tomato or orange juice.

THURSDAY

Breakfast: Warm cinnamon roll, yogurt and graham crackers or cereal and graham crackers. Fruit or fruit juice.

Lunch: Cheeseburger, hamburger, cheese sticks with marinara sauce or peanut butter and jelly snack. Chef's salad with cheese or chef's salad with tuna. Golden corn, lettuce and sliced tomato, cucumber and carrots with dip or pears.

FRIDAY

Breakfast: Pork ham biscuit, yogurt and biscuit, cereal and biscuit or two biscuits and jelly. Fruit juice.

Lunch: Cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza or peanut butter and jelly snack. Chef's salad with cheese or chef's salad with turkey ham and egg. Green beans, garden salad with spinach, grapes or mixed fruit.

Alexandria Middle Schools

MONDAY

Breakfast: Pancakes with syrup, yogurt and graham crackers or cereal and graham crackers. Fruit juice.

Lunch: Hamburger or cheeseburger, grilled cheese, pizza, peanut butter and jelly snack, chef's salad with cheese or Oriental chicken salad. Oven-baked french fries, green beans or assorted fruits and vegetables.

TUESDAY

Breakfast: Peanut butter and jelly sandwich, yogurt and graham crackers or cereal and graham crackers. Fruit or fruit juice.

Lunch: Chicken sandwich, bean and cheese burrito, vegetarian sandwich, peanut butter and jelly snack, chef's salad with cheese, taco salad or Southwestern rice. Seasoned potato wedges, mixed vegetables or assorted fruits and vegetables.

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast: French toast sticks with syrup, yogurt and graham crackers or cereal and graham crackers. Fruit juice.

Lunch: Chicken fajitas on a flour tortilla over Spanish rice, stuffed-crust pizza, peanut butter and jelly snack, yogurt snack, chef's salad with cheese or chicken Caesar chef's salad. Oven-baked french fries, golden corn or assorted fruits and vegetables.

THURSDAY

Breakfast: Warm cinnamon roll, yogurt and graham crackers or cereal and graham crackers. Fruit or fruit juice.

Lunch: Hot ham and cheese croissant, chicken nuggets, peanut butter and jelly snack, chef's salad with cheese or chef's salad with tuna. Whipped potatoes, garden salad or assorted fruits and vegetables.

FRIDAY

Lunch: Philly cheese steak with peppers and onions, fish fillet sandwich, pizza, peanut butter and jelly snack, chef's salad with cheese or chef's salad with ham and egg. Oven-baked french fries, steamed broccoli or assorted fruits and vegetables.

Alexandria Secondary Schools

MONDAY

TUESDAY

Breakfast: Cereal, bagel or 8-ounce yogurt. Apple juice, fruit or 4-ounce yogurt.

Lunch: Chicken nuggets with mixed veggies, hamburger with potato wedges, ham and cheese sandwich or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Chef's salad or 8-ounce yogurt. Applesauce, fruit or vegetables.

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast: Cereal, apple cinnamon doughnut or 8-ounce yogurt. Grape juice, fruit or 4-ounce yogurt.

Lunch: Beef taco with rice, chicken fillet with potato rounds, turkey sandwich or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Chef's salad or 8-ounce yogurt. Fruit sherbet, fruit or vegetables.

THURSDAY

Breakfast: Cereal, jiffy roll-up or 8-ounce yogurt. Orange juice, fruit or 4-ounce yogurt.

Lunch: Cheese pizza and carrot sticks with dip, beef hot dog and golden corn, Italian sub sandwich or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Chef's salad or 8-ounce yogurt. Peaches, fruit or vegetables. Cookie.

FRIDAY

Arlington Secondary Schools
