| | | Robert Reeder, from the age of six, has worked for no fewer than 11 newspapers-- delivering three, selling ads for one, photographing at four, editing text at one, editing photos for another, and running a photo department. Since joining The Post in 1990, he has distinguished himself with his coverage of the White House and Capitol Hill. His photographs of the Clinton White House during the Monica Lewinsky scandal capture the raw emotions of the president and the first lady during the difficult days surrounding Clinton's impeachment hearings. In his 26-year career, Reeder also covered Bob Dole's 96-hour, non-stop campaign tour through 22 states during the 1996 presidential elections, as well as John Glenn's successful bid to be the oldest astronaut to orbit the Earth. An avid cook and wine lover, he lives in Silver Spring, Md.
