Outside the National Actors Theatre on Broadway, which he founded in 1991, Tony Randall jokingly acts like he's hailing a taxi in a photo from when the theater opened. Best known for playing fastidious Felix Unger on the 1970s TV version of "The Odd Couple,'' Randall died Monday night in New York. He was 84.
